Terms and Conditions for Warwickshire Music

Please note that through enrolling or hiring an instrument, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions given.

Please ensure you read these thoroughly, as in the event of a dispute, the terms and conditions will prevail therefore please ensure you choose the correct terms and conditions for your childs tuition/hire.

Music Centre Terms and Conditions

 These are for individual lessons and group ensembles where fees apply at any of our Music Centres. These happen outside of school hours and face to face and any continuing online iterations.

In-School Lessons Terms and Conditions 

 These terms and conditions apply to our direct parental/carer billed schools (where Warwickshire Music bills parents/carers directly for their child’s lesson taking place in school time and parents/carers have to enrol with Warwickshire Music for their child’s lessons to take place) These terms and conditions apply in the following schools:

If your child’s school is not listed above, your child’s lesson billing arrangements and terms and conditions will be with your child’s school. If you are unsure, please contact your school in the first instance. 

Instrumental Hire Terms and Conditions

If you hire an instrument from us you will agree to the 'Instrumental Hire' terms and conditions. This includes first year hire.
