In line with the terms and conditions of our SLA with all schools & colleges, if a change of hours form is not submitted by the published date your delivery timetable will be rolled forward to the next academic term at its current level and cost.
By submitting any tuition application or change of hours form, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Fee Remissions:
Fee remissions are available for eligible families in respect of instrumental tuition, chargeable music group activities and instrument hire.
Students qualifying for fee remissions will receive 50% remission on tuition, instrument hire and any other group or activity fee applied by Warwickshire Music. The amount of remission available to families with Children Looked After is different and is detailed in the section below.
Applications should be submitted termly by the dates shown in your School SLA which can be found in the Downloads section at the bottom of this page.
Applications will only be accepted where pupils are eligible under the following qualifying criteria:
Children Looked After (children 16 and under) in the care of Warwickshire County Council and those children in year 4 in the care of other local authorities attending a Warwickshire School are entitled to 100% reduction on lesson fees, instrument hire costs and music group activities where these are applied by Warwickshire Music.
Children Looked After in the care of local authorities in all other year groups attending a Warwickshire School are entitled to 100% reduction on lesson fees and may be eligible for up to 100% on instrument hire costs and music group activities where these are applied by Warwickshire Music subject to the agreement of their local authority.
Proof of Eligibility will need to be witnessed by the school and confirmed to Warwickshire Music.
