In response to the Government advise in relation to COVID19, all Warwickshire Music activities are suspended until further notice.
Warwickshire Music is committed to continuing to provide high quality music education for all of our students. We would like to assure you we are making plans, like many other services, to support our schools and pupils in different ways in the days ahead.
In order for us to stay in contact during the ongoing closures, we would ask that you
- Download the Warwickshire Music App from the App Store
- Follow Warwickshire Music on Facebook and Twitter
All of our office based staff are now working from home. If you have any queries, you will be able to email us as usual, using firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are determined to ensure, as far as possible, that the current situation does not interfere with the musical progress of our pupils. You can help us enormously by encouraging your child to enjoy making music and performing to you and your family at home during this time.
If you or your child shows any symptoms of coronavirus:
- a high temperature – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
- a new, continuous cough – this means you've started coughing repeatedly
They must stay at home for 7 days
If someone they live with is showing symptoms, they should stay at home for 14 days from the day the first person got symptoms.
If you have to stay at home together, try to keep away from each other as much as possible.
Any people who appear under the 'vunerable' category will need to socially isolate avoiding contact with others as much as possible.
If you have any symptoms or are unsure please use the NHS website to fill out a questionnaire in order to help diagnose you and direct you to the correct health team.
Please follow the guidelines here.
